Most of our supplements and products are available to purchase online through our website. We use a secure check-out system to ensure secure online transactions. Once purchased, products will be shipped by the next business day and should arrive within 3 – 5 business days. You can also stop by our office during business hours and purchase any of our products.

Yes, we are glad to serve as your primary health care provider. Our Integrative Family Medicine Physician Dr. Stephen Dalton, as well as the nurses who serve patients, see them for sick visits and child well checks (no vaccinations), as well as annual physical exams. We do in office blood work but do not offer x-rays in office. We do not provide after-hours or emergency services.

Our practice treats every patient equally, regardless of insurance status. We believe quality healthcare comes from the therapeutic relationship between the patient and physician, not letting insurance companies dictate terms of care. At this time we do not accept insurance. We will gladly provide you with an itemized receipt to be filed and/or claimed as an out-of-pocket expense. Yes, we are dedicated to offering our pediatric patients excellent care. We offer well checks, sick visits, and nutritional consultations However we do not offer immunizations.

Lubbock Integrative Medical Associates will only be seeing a limited number of patients, by becoming a member you holding your slot in that limited number of patients. Yearly members will be eligible for 3 to 6 months on their refills, monthly members will be provided month-to-month refills. A non-member visit works like a consultation, or if you are a reasonably healthy person and would only need medication for things such as antibiotics or something on a one-time basis. If you are on long-term medication or maintenance medication it is best and we strongly suggest that you become a member.

You can expect personal attention from a physician who is ready to help with your immediate needs, and get to know you over the long term to set goals and implement plans to achieve optimal health. Integrative medicine is a new and rapidly growing area of medicine that approaches sickness and disease from a different viewpoint than a traditional medicine “one symptom, one drug” paradigm. I call this model the “treat the cause, not the symptom” model. In integrative medicine, the physician expands beyond the narrow drug/surgery approach taught in western medical schools, utilizing various treatment modalities that have been proven effective. Our goal is to address the root cause of your illness or diseases, rather than manage symptoms.

We require a 48-business-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling all types of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than a 48-business-hour timeframe, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of the visit in-full. Once you reschedule your appointment, we will apply the cancellation fee to the rescheduled appointment.

We offer affordable prices on lab tests and draw blood in our office. We have also identified a network of providers where our patients can obtain affordable, direct-pay imaging. If you have medical insurance, you will be able to utilize it for labs, imaging, and specialty care.
